BIRNIE BUS MOVES THE BOILERMAKER!

The 33rd annual Boilermaker, the largest 15 K road race in the United States, was held July 11, 2010 in Utica NY with Birnie Bus Service again providing race transportation for the runners. Over 13,000 runners were registered making this the largest participation ever. Birnie provided 24 buses from two staging areas that moved some 12,000 runners from the finish line in west Utica at the starting line in east Utica starting at 5:30 AM. At the conclusion of the after race party all runners were transported to one of four parking areas where everyone had staged earlier in the morning.
