  • HOW DO I KNOW MY CHARTER IS CONFIRMED?
  • YOUR CHARTER IS CONFIRMED ONCE WE RECEIVE A SIGNED COPY OF YOUR CONTRACT ALONG WITH THE DEPOSIT.
  • WHAT IS THE PAYMENT POLICY?
  • A 30% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TWO WEEKS AFTER BOOKING YOUR TRIP. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE 7 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR TRIP'S DEPARTURE.
  • WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
  • YOU HAVE UP TO 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR TRIP'S DEPARTURE TO CANCEL WITH NO PENALTY. IF THE TRIP MUST CANCEL BEYOND THE 14 DAY LIMIT UP TO 72 HOURS PRIOR, 20% OF THE DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT. BEYOND 72 HOURS, THE ENTIRE DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT.
  • CAN YOU SMOKE ON A BIRNIE MOTORCOACH?
  • NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED ON ANY BIRNIE BUS VEHICLE.
  • WHAT IS YOUR ALCOHOL POLICY?
  • ONLY PASSENGERS OF LEGAL AGE MAY BRING ALCOHOL ON BOARD, WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF BIRNIE BUS SERVICE. IF UNDER AGED PASSENGERS ARE FOUND WITH ALCOHOL, IT WILL BE CONFISCATED AND NOT RETURNED. ANY ALCOHOL RELATED PROBLEMS BY GUESTS OF ANY AGE MAY RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF THE CHARTER SERVICE WITH NO REFUND ON THE TOTAL CHARTER. THE DRIVER MAY CONTACT AUTHORITIES IF THE PROBLEM IS CONSIDERED SERIOUS . BIRNIE BUS SERVICE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURIES THAT ARE RELATED TO ALCOHOL USE, WHETHER CONSUMED PRIOR TO, DURING, OR AFTER THE START OF THE CHARTER.
  • DO YOU HAVE A CLEANING AND DAMAGE DEPOSIT?
  • A CLEANING AND DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF $250.00 IS REQUIRED WHEN ALCOHOL IS INVOLVED ON A CHARTER. THIS IS A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, IF DRIVER DEEMS NO EXCESSIVE CLEANING IS NEEDED. IF VOMIT IS ANYWHERE INSIDE THE VEHICLE, THE TOTAL DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT. THE CONTRACT SIGNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY ANY PASSENGER ON THE CHARTER. HE/SHE IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE PRIOR TO DEPARTURE TO DETERMINE ANY PREVIOUS DAMAGES.
  • WHAT ABOUT FOOD?
  • FOOD IS ALLOWED ON A BIRNIE MOTORCOACH. WE ASK THAT PASSENGERS USE THE BAGS PROVIDED TO DISPOSE OF UNEATEN FOOD AND WASTE. WE ALSO ASK THAT PASSENGERS USE JUDGEMENT ON THE TYPES OF FOOD BROUGHT ON BOARD. ANY FOOD THAT CAUSES STAINING MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHARGES FOR ADDITIONAL CLEANING.
  • IS OXYGEN ALLOWED ON BOARD THE BUS?
  • OXYGEN CANISTERS AND BOTTLES CANNOT BE STORED OR PLACED IN THE AISLE OR USED IN A MANNER THAT OBSTRUCTS OR IMPEDES THE PASSENGER'S FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT INSIDE THE COACH. PASSENGERS MAY USE THE OXYGEN AT THEIR SEAT. IF SPARE BOTTLES ARE BEING STORED, FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES: OVERHEAD STORAGE IS ACCEPTABLE IF THE BOTTLES ARE STOWED SO THEY CANNOT ROLL, COLLIDE OR FALL. BAGGAGE AREA STORAGE (UNDER THE COACH) IS ACCEPTABLE WHEN BLOCKING & BRACING THE BOTTLES IS POSSIBLE. LARGE CYLINDERS WILL NOT BE TRANSPORTED.
